A robots.txt token, not a crawler. It controls whether content Applebot collected may be used to train Apple's foundation models.

What happens if you block it

Your content isn't used to train the models behind Apple Intelligence. Pages that disallow it can still appear in Apple search results.

Disallow it to opt out of Apple training without leaving Apple search.

Add a group for the token; it doesn't change what the crawler fetches, only how the content may be used:
